Report to: Store General Manager General Description Responsible for aggressively driving store sales and profit growth by insuring a friendly, well trained customer responsive team that is highly visible on sales floor. Responsible for the overall of Store Purchase, Sales and Services performance whilst maintaining store standards with high sense of urgency and high energy level. Attention to details, demonstrating the philosophy of hands-on management while exercising our company culture of “C.C.A.R.E” and by treating employees as individuals with dignity and respect. Minimum Performance Standard • Responsible for overall performance of the section. • Meet sales budgets, proper control of expenses for section. • Meet purchasing and suppliers strategy. • Meet company visual merchandising standards. • Ensure all customers greeted immediately and respond knowledgably and promptly to all customers and employee inquires. • Ability to follow company policy and procedures. • Proficient in operating all applicable equipments according to company policy. • Must meet PPA standards applicable to job. • Must be able perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. • Maintain stocking of shelves according to planogram. • Ensure merchandising is properly displayed and priced.
