1.Maintain
a diary and arranging the day-to-day activities such as appointments, schedule

2.Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence ( internal
memos, business letters and faxes emanating from different division/department
and others companies ). 3.Types correspondences, reports, statistical tables
also all confidential documents. 4.Prepare presentation
