Work with Sales Personnel and support them by providing product and technical knowledge in pre-sales activities Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements and trimming raw requirements Liaison with Development team to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiate between the company and its competitors. Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Product Management/Product Development Clear and crisp in communication internal or external Ensure that Sales, Product Management and Development receive such support as they request Work with Product Management and Marketing to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences
• 1-5 years of experience in the fields of telecommunications, mobile communications, Internet, mobile operators, or in service providers. Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills Ability to understand business processes and business problems Strong analytic skills Ability to understand data relationships and how data can be used to solve business problems Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products Ability to develop a broad awareness of the clients technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible. Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
