-Develop & approve training policies, procedures and forms to avail a proper guidelines to be implemented ensuring needed skills, training assessment, and information are obtained. Develop & approve in coordination with line managers Annual Training Plan based on Training Needs Assessment conducted upon Performance Appraisal to ensure all employees have appropriate tools & skills needed to achieve their Job objectives. Audit, manage & follow up the training assessment procedures to ensure availability of full detailed accurate feedback to assist and refer to while developing annual training plan. Develop and approve the orientation program to ensure effectiveness for the new hires ensuring availing all needed information. Analyze trainees evaluation through communicating with their superiors to ensure training efficiency. Act as advisor and administrator through TNA process to recommend service providers & training subjects that would cover their training & development needs.
-University degree 3 - 5 yrs of extensive experience in training and development Computer literate Excellent organization and communication skills HR Diploma and TOT are a plus
